  3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Refunds & Transfers

  1. Refund Policy: GreenOak Accounting maintains a strict no-refund policy for all membership fees and course payments.
  2. Non-Transferable: Membership fees and course fees are non-transferable. Once payment is made, it cannot be transferred to another individual, group, or membership period.
  3. Membership Termination: In the event that a member wishes to terminate their membership, they are not entitled to any refund of the membership fee or course fees already paid, regardless of the reason for termination.
  4. Cancellation of Membership: GreenOak Accounting reserves the right to cancel a membership at any time due to violation of group rules, misconduct, or any behavior deemed detrimental to the group's purpose or integrity. In such cases, no refund of membership fees or course fees will be provided.
  5. Discontinuation of Services: GreenOak Accounting may, at its sole discretion, discontinue or modify any services, benefits, or features associated with the membership. Such changes do not entitle members to a refund or reduction in membership fees or course fees.
  6. Change in Membership Fees: GreenOak Accounting reserves the right to revise membership fees and course fees at any time. However, any changes in fees will not affect the current membership period. Members will be informed in advance about any changes in membership fees or course fees for subsequent periods.
  7. Exceptional Circumstances: In rare and exceptional circumstances, where the GreenOak Accounting is unable to provide the promised services or benefits due to factors beyond its control, the group may, at its discretion, consider refunding or adjusting membership fees on a case-by-case basis.

4. Rules of Conduct for Promoting Positive Interactions

  1. Respectful Communication: Members of the School are expected to engage in respectful and considerate communication with one another. This includes refraining from judgment, shaming, harassing, or embarrassing other members when they share their stories, opinions, or experiences.
  2. Supportive Environment: We encourage members to create a supportive and inclusive environment within the group. Constructive feedback and advice are welcomed, as long as they are conveyed in a respectful and non-demeaning manner.
  3. Confidentiality: Members should respect the confidentiality of any personal information or stories shared within the group. It is important to maintain a safe space where members feel comfortable opening up without fear of their information being shared or misused outside of the group.
  4. No Self-Promotion or Spamming: To foster genuine and meaningful interactions, members are prohibited from engaging in self-promotion or spamming within the group. This includes promoting personal businesses, products, or services unless explicitly allowed by group administrators.
  5. Positive Engagement: Members are encouraged to engage in positive and constructive discussions. Disagreements and differing opinions are welcomed, as long as they are expressed respectfully and with an intent to foster dialogue rather than to attack or belittle others.
  6. Cultural Sensitivity: It is important for members to be culturally sensitive and mindful of diversity within the group. Avoiding discriminatory or offensive language and behaviors is expected. If a member inadvertently causes offense, they are encouraged to listen, apologize, and learn from the situation.
  7. Reporting Concerns: If a member feels that another member has violated these terms or is engaging in inappropriate behavior, they are encouraged to report the concern to group administrators. Prompt action will be taken to address such issues and maintain a positive and safe environment.

By being a member of the School, you agree to adhere to these terms and actively contribute to fostering a supportive and respectful community. Failure to comply with these terms may result in appropriate action, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the group.
